With 28-inch, profiled tires, offset handlebars and a top design in terms of frame geometry, nothing stands in the way of your tours. With a "cyclo" you also do without suspension, instead you value robust wheels, which are usually equipped with double seals to protect against water and dirt. And if that's still not enough and you like to break out into extremes, then modify your tires with spikes. Limits only remain where you don't want to tear them down.
Depending on how wild you ride, regular maintenance of the components is crucial for a long service life. The rear derailleur hanger in particular is subject to a lot of wear and tear on Cyclos and can do with a spare in your luggage. From our experience, you should also place particular emphasis on a good braking system, as you need reliability at high speeds in off-road conditions. You may forgive yourself for your mistakes, but you can't forgive your bike! That's why we take responsibility for delivering the best quality.
