The Cube range starts with the Cubie impellers for the very youngest. We recommend this as soon as a child can walk. The coordination is trained according to age and the little ones get used to driving. From a height of about one metre you can then cycle properly. The 16" models come with support wheels, a real brake, bell and a mudguard for the rear wheel. So that the first round runs as safely and accident-free as possible! With a size between 115 and 120cm the 20" models are recommended. These already have a rim brake at the front and rear and the gear change can be easily done with a twist grip. For the first time, children develop a feeling for the right translation and different speeds. The 24-inch bikes are really sporty thanks to a suspension fork. These bikes are suitable for the first major tours with the parents or for daily trips to school. Starting with a body height of approx. 130cm, these bikes accompany the offspring to the first "real" bike.
Street and Allroad - Safety first
Cube offers the equipment variants "Street" and "Allroad" for the 20 and 24 inch bikes. The Street versions are equipped, such as trekking bikes. With a fixed luggage rack, a hub dynamo lighting system and side stand, as well as fixed mudguards, the Street model is optimally equipped for safe use in the city. Thanks to the fresh colours, the bike still looks sporty. The Allroad version is slightly lighter and more variable. Carrier and stand are not installed and the mudguards can be attached and removed in no time at all. To ensure safety, however, an LED lighting system is also installed here, which is driven by a hub dynamo. With these two features, Cube offers its customers children's bikes that are absolutely safe and make additional accessories unnecessary.
For young racers: Cube Kid Disc, SL and Race
Cube offers the variants Kid 240 Disc, SL and Race for children who gain their first competitive experience in a club or for sporty and extended tours. Equipped with a hydraulic disc brake, these bikes are also suitable for trails and fast descents. The SL is a full-fledged mountain bike in 24-inch format. With the ambitious Shimano SLX rear derailleur with 11 gears and the Suntour air suspension fork, the bike is in no way inferior to the big models. The low overall weight of just over 11 kilograms and Tektro's hydraulic disc brakes make the Kid 240 SL a competition bike for young pilots. In the "Race" equipment, the new 10-speed Deore gearshift from Shimano is used. The hydraulic disc brake ensures sufficient deceleration throughout. The Cube Kid 240 Disc is based on the normal Cube Kid 240, but is additionally equipped with a hydraulic disc brake. This makes the first off-road adventures possible and the 21 gears of the Shimano transmission help to much propulsion.
