MOUNTAINBIKE – Fully

Your mountain bike full, because of the adrenaline … If there is one drug you can't scream about, it's our body's own chemistry. Many people can't get enough of their adrenaline kicks, but they primarily enjoy the really hard trails in our lush nature.

Mountainbike Fully Mountainbiker

Only 38 percent still want hardtails, while the larger share prefers a touch more wildness and thus fullys. Abbreviated to full suspension mountain bike, a fully is a bike with full suspension that allows you to conquer even the most demanding trails. These bikes are suitable for extremes, if you really want to push every limit and are not afraid of moments of shock, or even seek them out. Hardly anything makes us more alert than danger, nothing challenges us more than our own limits. We love Fullys because they appeal to our irrationality with their conception. It seems as if these bikes virtually encourage us to go further and say adieu! to boredom - to finally release the animal in us ...

Be wild and free, do what has absolutely nothing to do with dreary everyday life and constricting conventions. Become one with unsparing nature, experience authenticity, feel pain, no matter whether it is a severe muscle ache or burning abrasions. You belong to the Vikings among the bikers, gladly swap the constricting suit for sweaty jerseys and goose bumps. Sharp-edged blades of grass, gnarled roots, thick branches, rock and stone ... even Indiana Jones couldn't experience more adventures than you on your Fully. This can also include the little escapes of everyday life when you cycle to work and back again via detours while you feel your muscles steeling themselves. Your excursions are true fountains of youth.

Many employers have long since realised that there are also many advantages for them to jump on this bandwagon and support their employees' biking. After all, a cycling colleague arrives at work far fitter and more motivated than anyone who has had to struggle through congested roads as if frozen in a car. That's why some companies already offer showers and changing rooms, which the leasing boom in particular has encouraged. For you, it means in the best case that you can even use sweaty routes before and after work. When it comes to your riding style, the highest standards have to be met so that your bike can do what you really want it to do. That's how you become an unbeatable team. And that's exactly what we want to support you in. With our help and expertise, you'll find your bike!

Mountainbike Fully

Fully suspended over limits

The best way to relax is to conquer hard trails and steep slopes. You're not satisfied with just front suspension, because you have more in mind with your bike. Thanks to the rear suspension, even the last shocks are absorbed, guaranteeing you control on the most difficult sections of the trail. You control your bike, not the other way round. Your carbon or aluminium frame absorbs further excess energy. Expect increased maintenance, as the suspension elements and other moving parts need to be kept in good condition to ensure that your riding enjoyment remains undiminished.

From the outset, you have to dig a little deeper into your wallet for a Fully so that you can fully enjoy single trails and narrow, unpaved paths, even with coarse gravel. The good thing about it is that you can lock your shock and thus also enjoy riding on asphalt tracks. Otherwise, your bike adapts perfectly to your riding style, forgiving you for small mistakes and promising you the best possible safety in rough terrain. Get to where you want to be quickly, up steep hills or into the valley over sloping forest paths. You can choose between different suspension travel variations. From 80 mm for relaxed touring to 240 mm for extreme conditions, everything is possible. As a guideline, a larger suspension travel promises more safety and comfort, but is literally more weighty.

Another difference is the type of suspension. Steel and air suspension are possible, with the latter being the most commonly chosen. Adjustable according to your weight, air suspensions impress with their reliability. On the other hand, the steel version can only be recommended to extreme bikers. So if you are one of those indestructible bikers who can put their bike through the "worst", then go for the steel spring shock and get going ... If you cruise uphill and downhill as smoothly as butter, you always have the option of adjusting the reaction of your bike with suspension settings if you want to make your pedalling energy more convertible again. With fullys, it may be advisable to choose the 27.5 inch version if you place more value on manoeuvrability than on rollover behaviour, smoothness and traction. Let our experts advise you on this.

Or better a Fattie?

Depending on your needs, you can sometimes even do without suspension, as the special tyres simply iron out many bumps. Regardless of the ground conditions, others will be able to read the pure joy on your face. At the same time, depending on the material, you can stay rather cheap and stable, or choose the lighter and simply higher-quality option with carbon. The durability of carbon speaks for itself.

Fully

Fully variants in comparison:

All bike disciplines require a high level of physical fitness, endurance and dexterity; furthermore, they have in common that they are characterised by considerable differences. For this reason, various bike specifications have been developed from the Fully range. They ensure that your skills and reactions are optimally supported in the respective area. Whether it's high-speed downhill, energy-intensive biking over several hours or the pure pleasure of trail riding: nothing stands in the way of your desire for discovery and even high professional demands.

ALL MOUNTAIN

All Mountains are among the most popular fullys. This specification stands for the perfect all-rounder. Climbing is no problem, and going downhill is a lot of fun. Accordingly, tours with a high percentage of uphill and single trails are the main areas of use. You can also show off your tricks in bike parks. You can easily master uneven terrain and hard manoeuvres with All Mountain Fullys and overcome changing ground conditions during your uphill and downhill rides. Focused, you conquer the next metres directly in front of you ... Thanks to a central, compact seating position, AMs are efficient bringers of fun with up to 14.5 kg.

ENDURO

You like the maximum? Then an Enduro is the right choice for you ("endurance" and "duro"). The focus is on single trails and bike parks alike, and Enduro races can only be mastered with the appropriate bikes. Tougher sections are easier to master thanks to the stiffer frames and longer suspension travel. You like the maximum? Then an Enduro is the right choice for you ("endurance" and "duro"). FREERIDE - Spectacular

Stable and heavy (up to 18 kg). With these bikes you can show off your flips and tricks. You primarily want to master rocky descents. Climbing uphill, on the other hand, is very sweaty with these bikes. Only with extremely stable components can you get through your demanding downhill sessions and shine in freeride manoeuvres and bike parks. Show your creativity, skills and technique. The direct steering gives you full control with minimal weight. Compact yet massive, your freeride bike becomes the perfect machine - designed for jumps and overcoming technically demanding obstacles.

DOWNHILL - power and concentration

Downhill

As the name suggests, it describes thrilling and very risky downhill rides. Your bike has to withstand top speeds of up to 80 km/h, drops of over 3 metres and jumps of up to 19 metres. The steering angle is smaller, plus extremely long suspension travel between 180-220 mm to absorb even the most violent impacts. To get to the top, you should treat yourself to a lift, because they are not designed for that. These bikes are among the most specialised bikes, which is why they are only suitable for the breakneck "downhill rush".

Also worth mentioning are:

Marathon: with emphasis on the chassis with a maximum of 12 kg

.

In the meantime, the boundaries between the hardtail and fully variants are beginning to blur. We have therefore only listed the usual classifications here, as there have hardly been any noteworthy developments in the transitional range so far.
